About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Sales Section Head based in Baghdad. You will be responsible for steering a team of sales professionals, shaping sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies and account‑management plans.
- Analyse market trends and adjust tactics to stay competitive.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to overall operational success.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in sales, sales management and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong analytical thinking and market‑trend analysis abilities.
- Experience in account management and building lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated team‑leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff.
- Solid understanding of the FMCG industry and its market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory or sales‑management tools is a plus.
