Sales Representative

About the role

Protech is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Baghdad. You will promote Protech’s enterprise solutions to businesses, helping them improve workplace efficiency through smart technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities across the Iraqi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate terms in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Collaborate with technical and customer‑success teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets and provide market feedback to management.
• Represent Protech at relevant industry events and client visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, preferably within technology or enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Solid understanding of workplace or enterprise technology trends and quick learning of product features.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid authorization to work in Iraq and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
