Sales Operations Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Support Officer to join Zain Iraq’s sales team. The role supports the Head of Sales and Operations by handling customer requests, coordinating field activities and ensuring smooth delivery and activation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Sales & Operations in delivering customer support in partnership with the customer service unit.
• Manage activation operations, KYC activities and other commercial support tasks as directed by department managers.
• Coordinate archiving and KYC processes for distributors and maintain accurate records.
• Support field teams, outsourced service partners and distributors in delivery and activation matters.
• Track pending delivery orders with vendors and provide timely status updates.
• Follow up on specific activation projects such as Oodi Buzz car and D2D activations.
• Ensure all sales‑related customer requests and issues are resolved promptly and to the required satisfaction level.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, customer support or related fields.
• Willingness to work outside the office and interact with field teams.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners.
