About the role

The Sales Operations Lead will coordinate FiberX’s consumer sales operations across all cities from the headquarters in Baghdad. Reporting to the Consumer Sales Director, the role designs, standardises and continuously improves the processes, tools and systems that enable city‑level sales teams to deliver efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, document and maintain standardised sales‑operations processes, workflows and SOPs for all consumer sales channels.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement structured improvements to increase efficiency across city teams.
  • Develop and manage the tools, templates and systems used by field teams for sales execution, reporting and customer onboarding.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Consumer Sales function and the warehouse, forecasting material consumption and ensuring timely allocation of ONTs, ONUs, drop cables, splitters and related equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels per city, flag shortages or surpluses, and coordinate re‑allocation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of material issuance, consumption and returns, reporting utilisation to the Consumer Sales Director.
  • Supervise the Sales Operations Back Office team, ensuring accurate subscriber onboarding, contract management and order fulfilment.
  • Oversee the quality and completeness of sales documentation submitted by field teams.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in coordinating sales operations and material logistics in a consumer‑focused environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design, document and optimise processes.
  • Leadership experience supervising a back‑office team.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between sales, warehouse and technical teams.
