Sales Officer

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to join our team and drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting our solutions, and building lasting relationships to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach new clients or customers to expand the company’s market base.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and promotional materials to prospects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Offer products and negotiate terms until agreements are reached.
- Compile and maintain regular target and performance reports.
Required profile
- Minimum education: high school (SMA/SMK) or diploma/degree (D3/S1) in any field.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and networking abilities.
- Good understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Target‑oriented, highly initiative, team‑player and innovative mindset.
