Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and expand Onyxes’ market presence across strategic sectors such as government, enterprise, telecommunications, banking, oil & gas, and education. The role focuses on business development, strategic sales execution, and customer acquisition for a portfolio that includes cybersecurity, managed services, cloud solutions, data‑center infrastructure, networking, software, digital transformation, and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while building a sustainable pipeline.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award, including commercial negotiations.
• Maintain executive‑level customer relationships and conduct presentations, workshops, and solution‑positioning sessions.
• Collaborate with Presales, Bidding, Delivery, Vendor Alliances and Executive Management to ensure successful pursuit and closure of opportunities.
• Track opportunities, maintain accurate forecasting and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Support bid and tender processes, including proposal preparation and pricing reviews.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Experience managing a qualified sales pipeline and strategic opportunities.
• Strong capability to lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships with customers and partners.
