Sales Manager – Iraq & Syria

About the role

We are a leading FMCG, cosmetics and personal care company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Iraq and Syria. You will lead the sales team, develop market strategies and build strong distributor relationships to expand our market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country‑specific sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, key accounts and strategic partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Manage sales budget, forecasts, profitability and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain and other functions to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
