About the role

Beesline is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow its business in Iraq and Syria. Based in Baghdad, you will shape market strategy, drive revenue, and collaborate across functions to strengthen the brand’s presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a country‑specific sales strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Achieve annual and monthly sales targets while tracking performance.
  • Drive market expansion through insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, key clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Iraq sales team.
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasts, and competitive market insights.

Required profile

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the Iraqi market and its commercial dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Based in Baghdad or willing to relocate.
