Sales & Field Follow-up Officer (Baghdad)

About the role

Amwal Electronic Payment Services is seeking motivated Sales & Field Follow-up Officers to expand its POS payment solutions across Baghdad’s Karkh and Rusafa districts. The role combines on‑site merchant acquisition with post‑onboarding support to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell POS (Point of Sale) payment solutions to merchants.
• Identify, approach and acquire new merchants and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with customers after onboarding to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the electronic payment industry.
• Previous experience in field sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong familiarity with Baghdad districts and the local market.
• Own transportation is mandatory.
