Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team in the packaging industry. The role supports smooth sales operations by linking the sales function with production, logistics, and finance, while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and order follow‑up.
• Coordinate order processing with production, logistics, and finance to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain sales activity records, orders, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking.
• Support sales forecasting, data analysis, and internal communication across departments.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service; packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
