Sales Agent – Ceramic & Porcelain Tiles (Baghdad)

About the role

Ramirro Ceramica LLP is seeking a dedicated Sales Agent to promote its premium ceramic and porcelain tile portfolio in Baghdad. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on building relationships with importers, distributors, architects, and developers to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and interior‑design sectors.
• Present the company’s product range, conduct demonstrations, and tailor recommendations to project needs.
• Manage inquiries, negotiate pricing, and coordinate order processing with internal teams.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Travel within the region as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in tiles, building materials, or related construction sectors.
• Familiarity with the Baghdad market and regional construction/design trends.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently on‑site.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting.
• Experience using a CRM system (basic level).
