About the role

We are looking for a Sales / Account Management Officer to join Baly’s Commercial team in Najaf. The role focuses on acquiring new restaurant partners for the Baly platform and then managing those accounts to drive growth and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and acquire new restaurant partners across Najaf.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations and business meetings with restaurant owners and decision‑makers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close partnerships.
  • Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth launch on the platform.
  • Monitor partner performance, recommend actions to increase sales and support participation in campaigns.
  • Provide timely support, handle inquiries and ensure overall account health.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations and Support teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Sales‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with business owners.
  • Good understanding of the local food and restaurant market is a plus.
