Revenue Assurance

About the role

The Revenue Assurance position at ZainCash Iraq focuses on ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity of all financial transactions processed through the mobile wallet platform. The role involves detailed data validation, reporting, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and analyze all transaction types processed through the ZainCash system, including refunds, commissions, and suspicious transactions.
• Ensure data extracted from the system is valid and complete during the closing process.
• Prepare customized reports by extracting, analyzing, and presenting transaction and operational data to support business decisions, reconciliation, and performance monitoring.
• Check commission fees and limits set up on systems according to confirmed CPs.
• Work in alignment with the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) and other internal or external regulations where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, data analysis, or a related area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL technologies such as Oracle SQL and MySQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
