Reservoir Engineering Advisor

About the role

The Reservoir Engineering Advisor works within a senior, multi‑discipline petrotechnical team to apply advanced reservoir engineering techniques for the evaluation and development of large, complex oil and gas projects. Reporting to the Senior Reservoir Advisor and Integrated Asset Management senior management, the role collaborates with engineering and operations staff across all product service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform historical offset well performance evaluation and production decline curve analysis.
• Determine reservoir rock and fluid properties and conduct deterministic and probabilistic volumetric calculations.
• Develop static reservoir models and run dynamic reservoir simulations.
• Analyze well test data and support field development or re‑development planning.
• Provide recommendations for production enhancement, EUR and recovery efficiency analysis.
• Forecast future production performance and conduct preliminary economic analysis.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of reservoir engineering experience, including experience with an oil & gas operator.
