Reporting & Planning Analyst – Procurement Compliance

About the role

Eni Iraq B.V. is seeking a Reporting & Planning Analyst to lead the Contracts & Procurement Compliance, Reporting and Planning process for its operations in Basra. The role ensures procurement activities are planned, monitored and reported in line with contractual, joint‑venture and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of procurement data, systems and reports, performing quality checks and gap analyses.
• Develop and update procurement plans aligned with project schedules, track progress and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce internal and external reports and dashboards, providing data‑driven insights to management.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure compliance documentation, facilitate meetings and training sessions.
• Interact with public authorities and relevant private entities in accordance with anti‑corruption guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, contracts or reporting within an industrial or energy environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, expatriate setting and communicate effectively in English.
• Understanding of regulatory and joint‑venture compliance requirements.
