Registration Manager - Iraq

About the role

EASTCHEM is seeking a Registration Manager to lead the registration of plant protection products for the Iraqi market. The role involves ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating trials, and managing documentation to support product approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse registration requirements for plant protection products in Iraq.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate registration documentation.
• Package registration dossiers for submission to government regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate with accredited researchers to develop trial protocols and ensure timely implementation.
• Monitor and renew permits, certificates, and other regulatory documents.
• Report regularly on registration progress.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Plant Protection, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product registration, or international market access, preferably in agrochemicals.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft reports and regulatory documents independently.
• Strong knowledge of Iraqi plant protection product registration processes.
• Excellent teamwork and cross‑cultural communication abilities.
