About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of Huawei Smart PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions. The role focuses on developing and nurturing key customers, expanding market share, and aligning partner activities within the PV and energy storage sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with Huawei Smart PV key customers, understanding their strategies and requirements.
- Build relationships across the PV electricity industry and identify new business opportunities.
- Design and execute a business development strategy to increase market share.
- Handle and support key accounts, reviewing customer requirements and coordinating internal teams.
- Identify new clients and develop new accounts in the solar and BESS market.
- Align partners with the business strategy and monitor execution of action plans.
- Implement actions for brand building, technical enablement and customer support in the region.
- Integrate internal and external resources to deliver solutions.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with customer teams to extend sales.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the solar and BESS industry.
- Understanding of account strategies, business development and operations processes.
- Ability to guide customers through requirement definition and solution planning.
