Project Manager – Finishing

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the finishing phase of high‑end construction projects, ensuring that interior and exterior works meet design specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints. You will act as the central liaison between design teams, contractors, suppliers, and owners across multiple international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed finishing schedules.
• Prepare and manage the finishing budget, tracking expenses and variances.
• Source, procure, and inspect materials for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, owners, and suppliers, securing samples and reviewing offers.
• Review and approve shop drawings; supervise key construction activities such as excavation, carpentry, concrete, and insulation.
• Oversee all interior and exterior finishing tasks, including facades, plastering, painting, woodwork, MEP, landscaping, and pool works.
• Verify executed quantities, manage overlapping works, and enforce safety and building‑code compliance.
• Maintain accurate progress records, inspections, change orders, and generate regular reports.
• Supervise subcontractors and laborers, fostering a productive work environment.
• Draft and audit contracts, review schedules, and ensure timely completion with owner approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 12+ years of project management experience on luxury or high‑end construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement, and complex stakeholder relationships.
