Product Specialist – Hemato-Oncology

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist focused on Hemato‑Oncology to increase product awareness among healthcare professionals and key accounts. The role combines scientific communication with relationship management to drive product adoption and support patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Hemato‑Oncology products to physicians, pharmacists, purchasers and other stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales and coverage targets through effective territory planning and regular customer visits.
• Deliver scientific, patient‑centric product messages aligned with brand strategy.
• Develop and manage Key Accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and product inclusion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights; report findings to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, visit reports, patient tracking and sample management.
• Participate in medical congresses, events and presentations to enhance product visibility.
• Support clinical trial activities and tender follow‑up when relevant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Hemato‑Oncology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage key accounts and handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Organised, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
