Product Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role

Kinetic, in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead marketing strategy and lifecycle management for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products in Baghdad. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive product launches and manage the full product lifecycle.
• Develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials and educational initiatives in line with local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Supply Chain to execute brand strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product or brand management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Baghdad.
