Product / Brand Manager – Veterinary & Agricultural Portfolio

About the role

The Product / Brand Manager will lead the development and management of assigned product lines and international brands within DMA Group’s veterinary and agricultural portfolio. You will work closely with international partners, internal sales teams, and customers to drive market performance and growth across Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product lines or brands to ensure strong market positioning.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate product updates, training, and business development with international partners.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge, materials, and market insights.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor product performance and provide regular reports with improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in animal health, feed industry or product management.
• Strong understanding of veterinary products, feed additives or agricultural solutions.
• Experience working with international brands or suppliers is preferred.
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English for interaction with international partners.
