Process Analyst II

About the role

The Process Analyst II is responsible for ensuring master data integrity and supporting operational projects within the development‑to‑invoice domain. This role works across commercialization, business partner management, and service/product delivery activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve master data quality for the assigned domain.
• Support operational projects and processes from development through invoicing.
• Provide recommendations and feedback on changes to business systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs related to domain processes.
• Collaborate with business partners to address data‑related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in quote‑to‑cash functions, process improvement, customer service, or business system development/testing.
