Process Analyst II

About the role

We are seeking a Process Analyst II to join Halliburton’s operations in Basra. The role focuses on ensuring master data quality and supporting end‑to‑end processes from development through invoicing within our energy services business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve master data integrity for the development‑to‑invoice domain.
• Support operational projects related to commercialization, business partner management and service delivery.
• Provide tactical analysis, recommendations and feedback on changes to business systems, policies, processes and procedures.
• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs for the assigned domain.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quote‑to‑cash, process improvement, customer service or business system development/testing.
• Ability to work under general supervision and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
