نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير منتجات صيدلانية يتمتع بخبرة في إدارة وترويج المنتجات داخل قطاع الرعاية الصحية. سيكون المسؤول عن تطوير استراتيجيات المنتج وضمان توافقه مع المتطلبات التنظيمية والسوقية.
المهام الرئيسية
- تحليل السوق وتحديد فرص النمو للمنتجات الصيدلانية.
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطط تسويقية متكاملة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والتنظيمية لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير.
- متابعة أداء المنتج وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة.
الملف المطلوب
- درجة بكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
- خبرة 2-3 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات أو التسويق في قطاع الصيدلة أو الطب.
- إلمام قوي بالبيئات التنظيمية وديناميكيات السوق الصحي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
- خبرة في أدوات CRM وERP.
- مهارات تواصل وتحليل قوية.
