Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the daily activities of our entertainment centre at Fantasy Land – Iraq Mall. The role combines hands‑on management, team leadership and a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily operations of the entertainment centre.
• Lead, motivate and manage a large operational team, ensuring high performance and discipline.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and implement improvement action plans.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and operational needs with HR and other departments.
• Ensure health, safety and operational standards are consistently met.
• Conduct floor inspections, provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Address operational challenges and make timely decisions to keep the business running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience in retail, shopping mall, restaurant chain or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience preparing reports, managing KPIs and using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Professional handling of business emails and operational correspondence.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and perform under pressure.
