About the role

The Multimedia Creator will plan, produce, and manage high‑quality visual content that showcases the hotel’s facilities, services, and events. Working closely with the Marketing Department, you will ensure all photography and videography align with the Divan brand standards and support digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional photography and videography sessions for rooms, restaurants, events, and guest experiences.
• Create visual assets for social media, the hotel website, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Edit photos and videos using industry‑standard software while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to capture content for seasonal promotions and new initiatives.
• Develop short‑form and long‑form video content for various digital platforms.
• Maintain an organized digital library of all visual assets.
• Stay current on photography, videography, and social‑media trends to propose innovative ideas.
• Support the Marketing Manager in campaign planning, storytelling, and external agency coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in photography, videography, or digital marketing, preferably in a five‑star hotel environment.
• Proficiency with professional camera and video equipment.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and keen attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
