Marketing Specialist (B2B) – Iraq

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to design and execute targeted marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate product demand across Iraq. The role focuses on digital, social, influencer, retail, and event‑based activities while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, Product, Sales, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement B2B marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of assigned campaigns, ensuring on‑time delivery and high quality.
• Develop integrated go‑to‑market plans for product launches across digital, social, PR, events and other channels.
• Manage digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google and related platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement, traffic and lead generation.
• Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars and coordinate asset production with designers and agencies.
• Produce SEO‑optimized blog and content pieces covering product benefits, industry trends and use cases.
• Organise product launches, customer and partner events, roadshows, webinars and training sessions, handling logistics and post‑event reporting.
• Administer marketing budgets, track spend and evaluate supplier performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a technology or industrial context.
• Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
