Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

Enab is looking for a proactive and hands‑on Marketing & Social Media Manager to own its marketing initiatives and digital presence in Baghdad. You will turn ideas into action by planning campaigns, managing all social media channels, and coordinating with external creative partners to ensure consistent brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the monthly marketing and social media content calendar.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across all social platforms.
• Review, edit, and approve creative assets to align with brand objectives.
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.
• Manage outsourced graphic designers, photographers, videographers and other creative partners.
• Prepare clear creative briefs and provide constructive feedback throughout the process.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement and campaign results, delivering regular reports and recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Support new product launches, events and business initiatives in close collaboration with management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and content planning abilities.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and social media best practices.
• Excellent managerial, organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple external partners.
• Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English.
