About the role

E2NEXT is seeking a full‑time Marketing & Public Relations Specialist to join its Baghdad office. You will help shape and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, and boost brand visibility while supporting sales and customer service initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, media, and key stakeholders.
• Enhance brand awareness through targeted communications and PR activities.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and support sales and customer service teams.
• Represent the company in public relations events and media engagements.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience conducting market research and analyzing trends.
• Understanding of sales and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a technology or software company is an advantage.
