Marketing Officer (Full-time, Baghdad)

About the role

The Marketing Officer will join Ejteyaz Marketing Consultancy in Baghdad to plan and execute client‑focused marketing campaigns. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the consultancy’s mission to deliver data‑driven strategies that drive sustainable growth for organisations across Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and monitor marketing campaigns in line with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research, collect and analyse data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support social‑media and digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Prepare presentations, reports and marketing collateral for internal teams and clients.
• Assist in lead‑generation activities and provide sales support with relevant marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance metrics and report on results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong foundation in marketing concepts and ability to link activities to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and present findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with capacity to handle multiple projects.
