Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our creative services. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, passionate about marketing, and capable of turning leads into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Promote the agency's creative and marketing services.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver successful projects.
• Research market trends and competitors.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Prepare weekly activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good Kurdish communication skills; English and Arabic are an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑oriented.
