Content Creator

About the role

Xor is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop and publish engaging digital content that supports brand awareness and marketing campaigns. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Sulaymaniyah, and works closely with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Write captions and short‑form copy that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Produce basic visual or multimedia assets in collaboration with designers or videographers.
• Adapt content formats and tone for different audiences and channels.
• Brainstorm campaign concepts and ensure content follows brand guidelines.
• Monitor simple performance metrics and suggest improvements for future content.

Required profile

• Ability to plan and create digital content, including social media posts and short‑form copy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the working language(s).
• Attention to detail, creativity, and openness to feedback.
• Capacity to work on‑site, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media or a similar discipline is a plus.
