Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the execution of all digital marketing activities for Small Village – Jors Hacos Projects. Working closely with the media, content creation teams and external agencies, you will ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of digital marketing campaigns with service providers and internal teams.
• Manage social media posting schedules and verify compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with the content creation team to review and approve texts, images, and videos before publishing.
• Ensure all designs and marketing materials follow the company’s visual identity.
• Track performance of digital ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads, and collect specialist reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Marketing Manager.
• Liaise daily with Sales and Customer Service departments to maintain message consistency.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing quality and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in marketing.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• General knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
