Managing Director – Hospitality, Catering & Facilities Management

About the role

The Managing Director will lead Al-Munesh’s strategy, financial performance, organisational development and commercial expansion across Hospitality & Catering and Facilities Management & Maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute company strategy, annual business plans and growth priorities, with full P&L accountability.
• Build and lead management structures for both sectors, establishing clear responsibilities and performance standards.
• Coordinate operational, logistical and administrative planning across multiple sites, balancing priorities and resources.
• Oversee large‑scale catering services, food‑brand development, menu creation and major event execution.
• Lead facilities management services, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, asset reliability and service continuity.
• Strengthen procurement, inventory management, supply chains and cost controls while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Develop new contracts, partnerships and commercial opportunities to expand restaurant brands and facilities services.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership of a sizeable service business with company‑wide responsibility.
• Extensive experience in hospitality, large‑scale catering or multi‑outlet food operations and facilities management.
• Strong strategic thinking, managerial judgment and ability to translate objectives into operational plans.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accountability and service quality.
• Track record of leading managers, building organisational capability and improving underperforming operations.

Required skills

• Sound command of P&L management, budgeting, cost control and workforce planning.
• Commercial awareness for brand development, expansion assessment and senior stakeholder relationship management.
• Operational and technical understanding to evaluate risks and hold food‑service and facilities teams accountable.
