Key responsibilities

• Ensure LC Waikiki standards are consistently implemented and followed in the store.
• Prepare efficient work schedules for the store team.
• Maximize store productivity and operational efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store layout and visual merchandising according to corporate guidelines.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, productivity per square meter, and profit objectives.
• Meet internal audit performance requirements.
• Control shrinkage, manage expenses, and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc university degree.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• 3‑5 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
