Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support the Maintenance Manager (MA) in overseeing all station‑level maintenance activities. The role ensures safe, timely and compliant execution of preventive and corrective work, while driving continuous improvement and risk reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as deputy for the MA, handling validation, change‑over work (COW), scheduling and other station maintenance needs when the MA is unavailable.
• Support safe execution of maintenance tasks in line with company standards, ensuring zero tolerance for overdue work and managing anomalies.
• Conduct daily site surveys of equipment and skids, reporting defects and supporting safe plant re‑commissioning after planned interventions.
• Coordinate the 2‑week maintenance schedule, arrange support services (scaffolding, cranes, excavation) and ensure timely removal of hired equipment.
• Maintain daily updates in the O&M tracker, produce department‑specific reports and oversee contractor activities, including review of unpriced change‑request tickets.
• Collaborate with BOC, Site Maintenance Leads and Operations teams to align priorities, plan outages and execute Management of Change processes.
• Promote a culture of open safety reporting, continuous improvement and adherence to the standardized Work Management process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably with an International Oil Company (IOC) or its contractor.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop team members against a training matrix.
• Strong understanding of risk management, safety discipline and compliance with work‑management and change‑management procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple maintenance activities and produce accurate reports.
