Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer oversees daily delivery and logistics operations, ensuring that dispatching, order fulfillment, and last‑mile delivery run smoothly and on time. This position supports drivers and couriers, resolves operational issues quickly, and helps maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily dispatching activities to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and field staff to keep workflow efficient.
• Track and update order statuses, providing accurate real‑time reporting.
• Identify and resolve operational problems promptly to minimise service disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations or supply‑chain management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, dispatching and last‑mile delivery processes.
• Proven track record in managing dispatching and coordinating delivery teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics management systems.
• Experience using order tracking software.
• Familiarity with dispatching tools.
