Localization Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a Localization Specialist to train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will help improve model quality by measuring progress, testing logic, and creating realistic conversation scenarios.
Key responsibilities
- Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Assess the correctness, performance, and logical flow of chatbot responses.
- Design and record novel conversation scripts to teach desired behaviours.
- Track model improvements and report findings.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be based in Iraq and able to work independently as a contractor.
