Lecturer - Telecommunications Training

About the role

Kurdtel Communications, a fixed telecommunication services provider in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region established in 2001, is hiring a full-time, on-site Lecturer in Sulaymaniyah. The Lecturer designs, prepares and delivers training sessions and educational programmes on telecommunications, technology and company operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and deliver classroom and practical sessions
• Assess learner progress and give feedback to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams so training content matches organisational needs
• Update materials to reflect industry developments
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and support participants' professional development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Education or a related field; advanced teaching or training certifications are a plus
• Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning and creating materials for adult or technical audiences
• Solid understanding of telecommunications, networking or related technical fields; prior industry or technical training experience is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication in relevant local languages and English, able to adapt content to different learning levels
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail, with cultural sensitivity and a collaborative approach
