About the role
The Lead Process Engineer will drive day‑to‑day plant optimisation, identify vulnerabilities and support production forecasts for KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions in Iraq.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure robust plant monitoring routines are completed and deviations are acted upon.
- Support investigations of process safety incidents, production losses and product quality issues.
- Prioritise vulnerabilities and lead continuous improvement projects on site.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the O&G industry, preferably with an IOC.
- Technical degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CMMS and Change Management applications.
- Advanced Office suite skills.
