About the role

We are seeking a Kurdish Language Expert to support the development of AI language models. This remote contract role involves ensuring high‑quality Kurdish content for various AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Translate, proofread, and edit Kurdish texts to guarantee linguistic accuracy and clarity.
• Provide linguistic analysis that enhances AI understanding of Kurdish.
• Collaborate with technical teams to annotate and review data for model training.
• Develop and refine Kurdish language datasets aligned with project goals.
• Evaluate and improve the quality of Kurdish language content across applications.
• Act as a cultural and linguistic consultant for AI and language projects.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Kurdish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven experience in translation, editing, and linguistic analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and command of Kurdish language conventions.
• Excellent communication skills in both Kurdish and English.
• Solid understanding of Kurdish dialects and cultural contexts.
• Experience with AI training data, annotation, or related linguistic projects is highly valued.
