About the role
We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are kept clean and operational, supporting a smooth service flow.
Key responsibilities
- Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk‑in fridges, kitchen utensils, corridors, holding areas and operational equipment.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow duty schedules and shift patterns.
- Execute all stewarding tasks according to provided instructions.
- Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage.
Required profile
- Vocational training in Food & Beverage.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward.
- Fluent command of English.
- Hands‑on, hardworking and committed attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.
