Inside Sales Executive – Technology Business

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive – Technology Business will drive growth of the customer base, support sales operations and build a robust pipeline through proactive engagement. Acting as the main liaison between customers and internal departments, the role ensures smooth order processing, timely communication and high customer satisfaction across Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the current customer base and increase the business pipeline.
• Coordinate quotation management, order execution, invoicing and stock transfers.
• Maintain accurate customer database and handle payment follow‑ups, transaction confirmations and returns.
• Provide pre‑sales, sales and after‑sales support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Generate sales reports and ensure efficient process flow for technology business operations.
• Communicate new product information and updates through appropriate channels.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer support or sales operations within technology, mobile handset or consumer electronics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Strong understanding of quotation handling, order execution, invoicing and customer database management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP for sales order processing and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate stock transfers, outbound deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Familiarity with technology distribution, premium technology brands and the Iraq market is an advantage.
