Human Resources Manager – People Development

About the role

The Human Resources Manager / People Development Manager will lead and enhance the HR function for Al‑Nakheel Company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role focuses on building a robust people system that drives performance, accountability and staff development across more than 100 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans and EOS framework.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, reporting lines, accountability charts and performance standards.
• Manage the full employee evaluation cycle, ensuring fair and data‑driven assessments.
• Identify high‑performers, create development plans, and address under‑performance through corrective actions or replacements.
• Lead talent acquisition, from job description creation to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Prepare monthly HR performance reports covering attendance, turnover, recruitment status, training needs and people‑related risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 100+ employees.
• Strong ability to translate company vision and values into practical HR policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting managers in team performance improvement and succession planning.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) concepts is a plus.
