HSE Manager – Expat

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our international energy projects. The role is focused on ensuring compliance with health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards while supporting a diverse, inclusive team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure compliance with the HSSE Management system on the project in line with legal, client and Kent requirements.
• Provide support and guidance on effective HSSE risk management.
• Identify, evaluate and communicate project‑specific HSSE legal requirements.
• Develop an effective HSSE plan for the project to ensure compliance.
• Establish leading and lagging indicators and monitor performance regularly.
• Develop and monitor implementation of a waste management plan and maintain a waste disposal log.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSSE management on large energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSSE legislation and client standards.
• Ability to develop and implement HSSE plans, indicators and waste management procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to guide project teams and stakeholders.
