Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused Housekeeping Attendants to join our hotel team. In this position you will ensure rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, delivering a high level of service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and polishing brass or metal fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe surfaces, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly on the vanity.
• Keep fire exits, stairways, corridors, service pantries and service areas clear of obstructions and litter.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately to the appropriate department.
• Remove room‑service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
• Inform valet service to collect guests’ clothing for laundry, dry‑cleaning or pressing.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring and dedicated with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Willingness to put in extra effort when required and a passion for serving customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Demonstrates responsibility, adaptability, teamwork and a strong customer focus.
