Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused Housekeeping Attendants to join our hotel team. In this position you will ensure rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and ready for guests, delivering a high standard of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and polishing brass or metal fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly, and spot‑clean carpets when needed.
• Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, keep corridors, service pantries and service areas tidy, and remove litter.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately and inform valet service for laundry, dry‑cleaning or pressing requests.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, and dedicated with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
