Hotel Partnership Specialist and Coordinator

About the role

Al Saman is seeking a full‑time Hotel Partnership Specialist and Coordinator to join its team in Erbil. Working in a hybrid setting, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hotels and accommodation providers, ensuring accurate inventory data, and supporting revenue‑generating initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new hotel partners across Iraq.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and promotional terms that align with business objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date room inventory, pricing, and offer information in the company’s distribution platform.
• Coordinate daily communications with hotel partners and internal sales/operations teams.
• Track partnership performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
• Resolve operational issues affecting bookings or guest satisfaction.
• Support the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and special packages.
• Organise documentation, keep partner records current, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong background in partnerships, preferably within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with hotel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Project‑management ability to coordinate initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Sales acumen to negotiate favorable terms and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
