Heavy Wheel Motor Vehicle Field Service Representative

About the role

The Heavy Wheel Motor Vehicle Field Service Representative provides on‑site technical support and advice to customers in Erbil, Iraq. You will act as the local liaison, ensuring vehicle readiness and safety in a challenging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance, inspections, repairs, sustainment maintenance, retrofits, and modifications for multiple platform vehicles.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, conduct analysis of vehicle implementations, and document expense reports and time cards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four years of certified vehicle maintenance experience and ASE‑level certification or military equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US passport and a secret security clearance.
• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures, lift 55 lb, and meet medical/fitness standards for deployment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, presentation, and word‑processing software.
• Knowledge of U.S. Military vehicle maintenance publications and guidelines.
• Ability to read and use engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and specification sheets.
• Experience using power tools, lifting devices, and TMDE (Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment).
• Class A or B CDL preferred.
