Generators Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Generators Sales Specialist to join our team in Erbil. You will be responsible for driving sales of generator solutions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the generator sector.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate generator solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries, conduct client visits, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender documentation.
• Negotiate deals and close sales agreements.
• Coordinate with Service and Spare Parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and DMS systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in generators, power generation, or industrial equipment.
• Experience preparing and managing government and private-sector tenders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
